 i’m sorry i said you were too sensitive 

when what i meant is i didn’t know how to sit with your emotions 

when i heard you ask to be seen

i felt like i wasn’t good enough

i’m caught in this loop

where i put women on a pedestal 

then look for excuses to take them off it

and put myself back up
